Supporting councils to secure funding, deliver aligned capital works and build internal capability.

What We Do

Grantus helps councils strengthen strategy, improve internal processes and become investment ready. We build clarity around priorities, sharpen project logic and support councils to secure external funding and deliver meaningful outcomes.

We focus on practical frameworks, easy-to-use tools and guidance that speeds up internal decision making. Councils use our support to refine their capital works pipeline, improve cross-team coordination and lift the quality and consistency of their submissions.

Since 2024, Grantus has helped regional communities secure more than 115 million dollars in funding.

Central Goldfields Shire – Sports Infrastructure Funding ($2M)

Case Study

Central Goldfields Shire Sports Infrastructure Funding

Grantus has prepared several funding submissions for community infrastructure projects in Central Goldfields Shire, including a successful two million dollar upgrade to a local sports facility. Working to tight deadlines, Grantus aligned the project with state priorities around community health, participation and economic recovery. The result strengthened internal capability and positioned the council for future applications.

Funding Readiness

Fund chasing is typically a reactive process. A council for example will plan projects and either wait for funding, or ‘bite the bullet’ and start because no funding is available. The Funding Readiness Strategy is a forward facing, strategic approach to targeting funding for projects the community needs. It involves strategically analysing project initiatives, prioritisation, alignment and advocacy. Clients that have a strategy to seek funding, don’t waste time, advocate behind the scenes, and typically secure more funding.

“Grantus helped us align environmental priorities with community needs and policy frameworks. The strategy was practical, clear and positioned us for future funding.”
