Grantus 2025 Annual Impact Wrap

2025 Annual Impact Wrap

A Year of Purposeful Progress

As 2025 comes to a close, we’re reflecting on our achievements. From big wins ($67m across 15 projects), to organisational transformation projects, awards and sponsorships in this Annual Wrap, we bring together the major themes, achievements and milestone moments that defined Grantus this year.

This year I had two primary goals for Grantus. The first goal (improve the brand) stretched me in some very uncomfortable ways. But with Meg’s persistence and support, I’ve punched out close to 50 posts/articles on strategy, investment, my frustrations and achievements. The second goal is less obvious to most, but I’ve spent countless days unpacking our successes to create the blueprints we need for quicker, repeatable and high-quality outputs. It’s been a wild journey this year with a highlight being recognised with a Professional Services Business Award for the region.

Thanks to my clients, the team that sit behind me and feedback I’ve received to keep pushing on.

Why It Matters

2025 proved that investing in capability and early strategic work is more important than ever. By helping our clients lay strong foundations, through thorough planning, clear business case development, and structured funding readiness, we helped unlock opportunities that might otherwise have stalled.

With over $67m in funding for our clients, these wins represent projects that will deliver real outcomes: better infrastructure, improved community services, and long-term value for regional Australians.

Looking Ahead – What 2026 Holds

With momentum building from this year’s work, Grantus is well placed to help leaders shape their 2026 investment priorities. Our clearer service pathways, evolving Toolkits, and increasingly strong client relationships create a solid foundation for the year ahead.

As funding landscapes continue to shift, we remain committed to delivering clarity, strategy and execution support to help our clients achieve meaningful outcomes. Thank you to all clients, partners and supporters for your trust and collaboration through 2025.
