What We’ve Achieved

Princes Court Limited has secured $125,000 through the ClubGRANTS program to complete essential fit out works for its major aged care redevelopment in Mildura. This funding supports the final stage of a long term community investment, ensuring residents can move into a safe, modern and fully furnished environment.

Grantus worked closely with Princes Court to review and enhance the application, strengthen the project narrative, and clearly demonstrate the community benefit. Having supported Princes Court across multiple funding rounds over several years, this win reflects a strong and ongoing partnership focused on delivering high-quality aged care outcomes for the region.

Funding Context

ClubGRANTS supports community led projects that improve local wellbeing, access to services and quality of life. The program prioritises initiatives that deliver direct social benefit and meet demonstrated local needs. Princes Court’s fit out project was a strong match due to its clear community impact, shovel ready status, and alignment with health and aged care priorities.

Why It Matters

  • Creates a homelike, modern living environment for older residents.
  • Improves accessibility, safety and comfort across shared and private spaces.
  • Supports therapeutic outdoor areas that promote wellbeing and social connection.
  • Strengthens aged care capacity within the Mildura–Wentworth region.
  • Ensures a major community investment is completed to the highest standard.

About the Project and Next Steps

Princes Court is delivering a $23.3 million redevelopment to build a modern 50 bed residential aged care facility, with construction scheduled for completion in 2027. The ClubGRANTS funding will enable final fit out works across communal areas, resident rooms and landscaped gardens, critical components needed before occupancy can begin.

Once complete, the facility will offer a contemporary, welcoming and fully equipped environment for up to 70 residents, supporting families, carers, volunteers and health partners across the region.
